Oh man, I’m so over this cold weather! My baby’s been waking up in the middle of the night, and I know it’s because she’s feeling chilly. It’s like no matter how many layers we put on her, she just can’t seem to stay warm. Ugh, if only spring would hurry up and get here already!

Even though it’s hot out, if your baby is breathing in cold air, it can wake them up. That’s usually why they’re waking up so early - when the temp drops in the wee hours of the morning, they’re getting a chill. So keep their room at a comfortable 20-22 degrees Celsius and you should be good to go!
